Launched ISW’s initial pilot project in summer. The ISW platform and talent pool of international students in Nijmegen is created. Together with external partners, the mission and vision of ISW is put together. The business model is validated by pilot with over than 15 companies

Received the first local funding which is invested in hiring the first part time employee. ISW starts recruiting in Arnhem

Onboarded the first companies, ISW helps more than 10 international students with stable part-time jobs. More than 50 international students find part time jobs through ISW

ISW team grows to 4 full-timers and 4 part-timers. In total, more than 300 international students find work via ISW

Established collaborations with over 25 local companies in Nijmegen, Eindhoven, Arnhem, Amsterdam and Rotterdam. ISW have helped more than 400 students by 2024. The team also moved the office from Startup Nijmegen to Huize Heyendael at Radboud University

ISW continues to grow into 5 full-time team and 4 part-time roles & eventually moved into a bigger office at BCG Nijmegen. Up til today more than 700 students across the country have found jobs via ISW. The services we offer to students have expanded from only jobs to everything else that comes with it (deals with Swapfiets, insurances and bank accounts, etc.)
